MARRIAGE-A COVENANT OF EXCHANGE # 03

“Therefore I want the men in every place to pray, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and dissension. “ 1 Timothy 2:8

Shabbat shalom dearly beloved:

The other day when we were praying and fellowshipping with Yah and His Word, His Spirit fell upon me with a strong End Time Message about the Metamorphosis of MEN. Metamorphosis means complete transformation! Men (males) in the Kingdom are under Divine Pressure in order to be transformed into the Image and likeness of Messiah. This pressure is likened unto a "Gethsemane experience for MEN". Y'shua led by example and instead of running away from the pressure, He acknowledged it: "Let this cup pass from me" and then as He was sweating drops of blood, He said "Yet not my will but yours be done" as He gloriously surrendered to the awesome plan of redemption.

“And He was saying, "Abba! Father! All things are possible for You; remove this cup from Me; yet not what I will, but what You will." Mark 14:36

During the 20th Century the Almighty concentrated on the liberation of women. In fact the Freedom Movement for women was headed by powerful female preachers of the Gospel. Up to then women were treated as "furniture", "sexual objects" and "baby factories". Very well known preachers including Martin Luther, Saint Augustine and others made extremely derogatory remarks about women and keep them "under" an imposed kind of "submission" that allowed them no liberty to exercise gifts, talents or their opinion. Great women preachers such as Maria Woodward Ethar, Aimee Sample Macpherson and Katherine Kulman had to overcome much rejection and misunderstanding. Until 100 years ago women were not even allowed to vote or to study a profession. Even today there are some people in the Church that have not caught up with this Century long move of restoration!

Now in the 21st Century in preparation for the return of Messiah a move of Restoration of Men has begun! It really begun at the end of the 20th Century with ministries such as Promise Keepers and the Full Gospel Businessman etc…However in the 21st Century it is gaining momentum and what was acceptable in men is not acceptable any more. YHVH is calling all of His Men to return to their Divine Calling to be HOLY Lovers and Leaders! This will cause the complete restoration of the family that has been suffering from absent fathers and husbands! This is an all encompassing move, a tidal wave that cannot be stopped as it touches at the roots of how Elohim created mankind to be!

His Divine relationship with Israel and the in-grafted Church is that of a husband to a wife. Married couples show the fullness of Elohim more than anything on earth. By married couples I mean ONE MAN to ONE WOMAN as divinely appointed and created! Same sex couples is a serious perversion that is showing that the foundations of society are seriously destroyed and the same sin that brought about the destruction of Sodoma and Gomorra is upon us again.

“For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.”  Romans 1:26-27

As the Divine Restoration of Women has been taking place for well over a century it has revealed weaknesses that are common to all women. In the same way- as the Divine Move for the Restoration of Men takes place it is exposing common weaknesses to all men.  The main weaknesses of women have been for the most part:

1. Low self esteem due to thousands of years of abuse under men; This includes terrible feelings of inferiority and inability to say NO to abusive men.

2. A tendency to manipulation and rebellion against men as an act of revenge against them for being subjugated for so long.

Both weaknesses need to be addressed for a woman to be whole and holy. Of course each one of those two categories seems to be the opposite of each other but they are actually from the exact same root.

The weaknesses that are now exposed in men are common to all Men.

These weaknesses shown in men are also sinful and they date all the way back from the time that Adam was in the Garden! Where was the Man when the Woman was talking to the snake? Why did he not protect her? Adam received the mandate to tend to the Garden; that included all the living beings in it. He was to have dominion over all the animals. Why did he not take dominion over the snake? And then on top of it why did he eat of the forbidden fruit instead of calling his wife to accountability before the Creator? The Absence of Adam allowed the Fall to happen! Had he been present exercising his God given authority, being responsible for his Garden, the Fall would have never happened. The Last Adam Y'shua changed all that and gave an example of responsibility for all men to follow: "Not my will but yours be done"

After the Fall of Man, the Man displayed the blame shifting and victim mentality that would cause him to become a dictator to his wife and in many cases an abusing and domineering "macho" person.

“  Then the LORD God called to the man, and said to him, "Where are you?" He said, “I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid myself." And He said, "Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you not to eat?" The man said, "The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me from the tree, and I ate” Genesis 3:10-12

You can  see the lack of responsibility and the absence: " I am not responsible, SHE, the Woman is responsible and God Himself is to blame" And truly throughout the centuries men would hold women responsible for every woe! Even in the modern day Church women are hold into accountability when something goes wrong in the family or the marriage. For the most part men have not been accountable. Countless of pastors are telling women to be "living martyrs" when the husbands are allowed to continue being irresponsible, absent and cowards.

This weakness has to be healed before satan manages to totally destroy more marriages!

“You have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood in your striving against sin; and you have forgotten the exhortation which is addressed to you as sons, "My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the lord, nor faint when you are reproved by him; for those whom the lord loves he disciplines, and he scourges every son whom he receives." Hebrews 12: 4-6

Dear men the pressure is ON for you to change, the strategy is SIMPLE. Abba is calling you to raise HOLY hands in prayer with no doubt or anger. It is time to believe God's promises, obey His Commandments and pray like never before for your own Metamorphosis and for your families and communities. Men are called to arms through prayer and practical obedience to their calling as HEADS and LEADERS; As Lovers and Providers. When Rabbi Baruch and I got married 18 years ago, he prayed a very strange prayer: "Lord make my relationship with my wife as a MIRROR to my relationship with you". This prayer has caused him and me great trouble as it has constantly confronted Rabbi with his spiritual condition as a man, a husband, a leader, a father and a Minister in His Kingdom. It has not allowed him to hide behind layers of religious or false spirituality. It has exposed him many times before our team members. Had he not prayed that prayer our lives would have been much easier but less TRUTHFUL and REAL. The knowledge of the truth brings freedom and has eternal fruit!

A very important warning: While we are seeking to see men restored everywhere to their God given calling to be Holy Lovers and Leaders, we must not under any circumstances loose territory in the arena of Women's Freedom and Restoration! This is not about "turning the wheel backwards" but about the restoration of the original blue print, the original foundations in true 21st Century Style. Men and Women are called to Go forth from strength to strength and from glory to glory! There is no need to "put the women down" so that the man can emerge! Elohim is looking for secure men that will trust Him and obey Him. Y'shua being the HUSBAND has placed all things under the authority of His Bride, calling her to do His will on earth with NO LIMITATIONS-Yet He remains the Head!

"Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you.”Luke 10:19

Men are called to surrender to this "Gethsemane experience" that will bring about a redemptive purpose for the family and for society as a whole! If you feel the pressure coming from your wife, your children, your job, your pastors and your Church to CHANGE! It is GOD Himself speaking and calling MEN to be transformed! May your answer and your actions be in accordance to "Let Your Will be done!"

What gave authority to Y'shua was His submission to His Father. What will give authority to you as a MAN is your submission to Y'shua through the Power of His Holy Spirit.

“For the husband is the head of the wife, as the Messiah also is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body.” Ephesians 5: 23

We pray for much grace and courage for all husbands and men as they surrender to this awesome move of Metamorphosis. The fruit of it will be the most delicious that we have experienced-Happy and blessed families!

 “And I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse and in you all the families of the earth will be blessed."  Genesis 12:3
