The Ultimate Blessing # 8

"The LORD will make you the head and not the tail, and you only will be above, and you will not be underneath, if you listen to the commandments of the LORD your God, which I charge you today, to observe them carefully.” Deuteronomy 28:13

In the last few months I have become keenly aware of the financial realities of the 21st Century and by doing so I realized that the only way to get out of the “Rat Race” and to move into absolute financial blessing is to change, to MOVE! A while ago I read a little booklet that impressed me very much as it dealt so brilliantly with the challenge of CHANGE and why Change is Good! “Who moved My Cheese?” is a very well known book and it is used by ministries and corporations to help their employees at times of mandatory changes! (If you have not read it I suggest that you do ASAP!). This particular book talks about 3 mice in a maize and how does each one of them react to the realization that in the particular cave where they were they had ran out of CHEESE! One of them adjusts quickly to reality and puts his running shoes on in search of NEW CHEESE. The other ones lingered in the cave puzzled by this reality and get totally frustrated! Finally one of them decides to yield to change and ends up finding the much desired new cheese in another cave, while the last one stays in denial and in LACK!

The situation for many in the 21st Century is very much the same. Many are still thinking in early or mid 20th Century terminology when it comes to finances: “Get an education, get a good job, be faithful at it, get a pension and retire”. Except the 21st Century is a century of constant CHANGES! There is no job that is secure and no pension that is for sure! A person can find himself/herself working for 20-30 or 40 years for a company that will downsize and they will find themselves jobless just before retirement! In some countries like the USA and others the social security has run out of money and much deserved pension will not be paid! What shall we do in the light of all these challenging changes? There is only ONE thing to do! And that is to CHANGE with the CHANGE!

In order to Change we need to know a spiritual truth that most of us have repeated many times without really understanding what it means:

YAH (God) is calling His Covenant People to be the HEAD and not the TAIL! This is not just a nice religious saying! This is a potent truth that needs to be honored and respected! What does it mean to be the HEAD of something? It means to be on the TOP, to RULE and to LEAD. Believers in Messiah should be leading in the Financial Revolution of the 21st Century and not merely being a “victim” of the changes or “reactors” to the changes. Elohim has called us His Covenant People to lead in all areas of society! A Head of a nation is called a President, the Head of the city is called a Mayor, the head of the business is called the Owner. In order to take this headship positions in society we must CHANGE the way we WORK and MINISTER! We need to change QUADRANTS! A few years ago The Father in Heaven surprised me with a Prophetic Word that He gave me on Feast of Trumpets to release to the Body of Y’shua world- wide. The word was: “I am calling (some) Five Fold Ministers to the.” I immediately responded: “Call me Lord!” and this year He did! He called me to what I believe to be “The Royal Horse of Network Marketing” In the Wellness Revolution 1 Trillion $$$ industry! He called me to the HEAD of all network marketing companies because we are called to be the HEAD and not the TAIL! But for Rabbi and I to be able to answer this major End Time Call we had to be willing to CHANGE QUADRANTS.

In general in the world says Robert Kyosaky, the author of the best seller book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” (a must read!) people are to be found in one of the following 4 quadrants:

90% of all people are to be found among the employees and the self employed and only 10% are big business and network owners. 90% of all the people in the world can barely pay their bills and are constantly trading time for money. If they work they earn,-if they don’t they don’t. They really do not have any time for family, fun and missions. Most of them will tell you that they have no time for PRAYER as they are too tired morning and night! Many suffer from constant depressions and discouragements because they feel that there is no way out! Can you recognize yourself in this?

Well I have a piece of information that will help you receive some Good News!

If you are among the 90% of employees (working for someone else) or self employed (working ALONE for yourself) you are the TAIL and not the HEAD. Either you are not earning enough for you to have a decent life or if you are earning enough you are sacrificing lots of time with your family and even God! The Good News is that you can change Quadrants!

I actually believe that it is our DUTY as Children of the Living God to be on the top 10% and not the lowest 90%!

Many people make jokes about the Jews being so good in business! Have you ever realized that we Jews take the instruction to be the HEAD very seriously? We do not over spiritualize it! Be the HEAD means be on TOP and LEAD in every area of life and most particularly in finances! If you are satisfied on Quadrants 1 and 2 among the 90% this particular message may not be for you! If you are absolutely tired of finding “no cheese” in your “cave”, come on put running shoes on and let’s go find another “cave” (Quadrant!) where there is CHEESE, provision enough for you, your family and to fulfill all your God inspired dreams!

So, how do you Change Quadrants? First of all let us take a look at the two Quadrants that lead to financial freedom and let us be realistic with ourselves:

If you choose to become a big business owner with about 500 employees you need lots of capital! If you have that kind of capital, go ahead and start something BIG but if not then you need to find something that is easier and realistic for you!

If you desire to become an investor where your money makes you money, then you need to have a nice sum of money to invest, so you can live on the dividends and do what you really want and are meant to do! If you don’t have a few hundreds of thousands of $$$ to invest then you need another solution!

As Ministers of the Gospel we have spent nearly 18 years in the Ministry, we have walked by faith, printed books, recorded CD’s and have travelled to many, many countries! During all that time we did absolutely NOTHING for ourselves! We did not purchase our own home and have no savings account and of course no pension for our old age! It never used to bother us until last year when Rabbi Baruch suffered a massive heart attack and we realized that we have not been caring for ourselves properly!

We have given our ALL to the Ministry, to People and to the Nations and had not even considered ourselves! If we travelled to minister then we had enough money to last us for that month. If we raised some funds then we could print some books. Some -times we even used our credit card to bail us out of ministry expenses. I could never figure out why people like us that give their all are still lacking provision for such great vision! I believe that this is the reality of MOST ministers! They are constantly the tail financially but YAH has called us (especially His Sevants!) to be the HEAD and not to be beggars! So, what is wrong? For sure the “cheese moved long ago” but why have not most believers and even ministers moved ahead to find more cheese and another source of provision?

Most ministers resort to raise funds for “the ministry” but they ARE the Ministry! Most ministers are putting their hopes in the offerings that are supposed to come from the people they minister to and most ministers are extremely disappointed because the offerings are too low for their needs AND the ministries needs. I will go ahead and say that this ONE factor has many ministers completely depressed if not exhausted and discouraged and at the border of quitting the ministry, some have been at the border of suicide! To you I say, hang on there is a solution in THIS letter!

You are expecting your people to give you offerings
Your people are to be found in the 1 and 2 Quadrants where 90% of the people are that are barely paying their bills. Their funds are very limited!
In spite of all the sermons on giving most of them are still poor and depressed because of their financial condition so they don’t give much. There is not much increase they can give from and as long as they stay employed or self employed there is not much hope for change either! Their tithes are invariably 10% of what they make and as I mentioned before it’s very little.
Some of the people that make more money, (the self employed) barely go to church as they are so overworked that they end the week (if they ever end!) totally exhausted.
Ministers are lacking finances all over the world!

I believe that this is a major reason why the Holy Spirit told me a few years ago: “I am calling the Five Fold Ministers to the business arena”. His desire is for His servants to be well provided for; poor preachers are not a good witness in the 21st Century and most no one will listen to them! (If you find any poor preachers that lots of people are listening to please send us their names!)

True ministers must show a way OUT of the curse and the bitter labor into the Blessing like Moses did with the People of Israel! Also most business people do not go to church as it is not relevant to them, so if you want to reach them you need to go where they are and speak their language.

There is an Apostleship in the business arena for those that are willing to CHANGE QUADRANTS!

I promised you good news in case you do not have enough capital to start your own big business or in case you do not have hundreds of thousands of $$$ to invest. In our case we needed to create passive income and a pension quickly! (I am 48 and Rabbi is 61!) We cannot save penny by penny for our old age! We cannot build wealth for our children as stated in the Holy Scriptures by starting a small savings accounts from an already lower than needed income!

“A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children, and the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.” Proverbs 13:22

For those of you that want to change quadrants right away, you can do it easily through Network Marketing! It is the only business that needs almost no capital, it is much more humane than traditional marketing where only the big guys get the money and it is based on the Kingdom Principle of people helping people! Network Marketing is on the rise in the 21stCentury and with the shaking economy it is the most solid of businesses! It is almost hidden to the eye as does not use billboards and does not spend anything on publicity (though it generally has the highest quality products). It rather uses all the money to bless its network of distributors! It gives you an opportunity to earn as much as you want, to work when you want and with whom you want. It teaches you business skills that you may not possess and it gives you the opportunity of meeting lots of other people!

It is a real mission field of those that want CHANGE, financial CHANGE and Spiritual Change!

We believe that Abba has recompensed us with the VERY BEST of the Network Marketing Industry. We have served him tirelessly for nearly 18 years and now He has rewarded us with The Royal Horse of Network Marketing. We also know that He has designed many BELIEVING LEADERS to join us in order to create RIGHTEOUS LEADERSHIP IN THE BUSINESS ARENA, becoming Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists and Teachers to the masses of people that are looking for a CHANGE and on top of it to get healthy and wealthy. Is Network Marketing for all people? No! Only for those who want to change Quadrants and do not have enough money to become serious investors or company owners and/or to those that have enough money but do not want the headache of employees and inventories!
