LOVE NEVER FAILS #7
NO GREATER LOVE
A tribute to Professor Liviu Librescu
"Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13
As we remember the victims of the terrible massacre that happened on the 16th of April at the Virginia Tech, we remember the hero that saved the lives of all of his students. Professor Liviu Librescu a Rumanian Jew and an Israeli Holocaust survivor died while barricading the door of his classroom while his students hid and escaped out of the windows. The criminal murdered this valiant Jewish Professor on a very strategic date, the 16th of April 2007, which was also Holocaust Memorial Day in Israel. This courageous man that managed to survive the Nazi horrors, finally laid down his life so that his students may live. In that sense he displayed the spirit of another Jew, a Jewish Messiah that laid down his life 2000 years ago in Jerusalem so that all of us Jew and Gentile may live.
I believe that both the place, the time of the massacre as well as the fact that the only hero of this terrible tragedy would be an Israeli Jewish Survivor of the Shoa (Holocaust) speak a very loud and clear message to the USA and to the world.
The Place: Virginia, USA – The first port of entry to what is the USA today by the Christian pioneers almost exactly 400 years ago. In the first American settlement called Jamestown, established almost 400 years ago the following prayer was declared by the Christian pioneers and was repeated morning and night:
"And call in the
Jews together with the fullness of the Gentiles, that thy name may
be glorious in all the world, the days of iniquity may come to an
end, and we with all thine elect people may come to see thy face in
glory, and be filled with the light thereof for evermore. And now O
Lord of mercy, O Father of the spirits of all flesh, look in mercy
upon the Gentiles, who yet know thee not, O gracious God be
merciful to us, and bless us, and not us alone, but let thy ways be
known upon earth, and thy saving health amongst all nations: we
praise thee, and we bless thee: But let the people praise thee O
God, yea let all the people praise thee, and let these ends of the
world remember themselves and turn to thee, the God of their
salvation. And seeing thou hast honored us to choose us out to bear
thy name unto the Gentiles: we therefore beseech thee to bless us,
and this our plantation. Which we and our nation have begun in thy
fear, and for thy glory. We know O Lord, we have the devil and all
the gates of hell against us, but if thou O Lord be on our side, we
care not who be against us. O therefore vouchsafe to be our God, and
let us be a part and portion of thy people, confirm thy covenant of
grace and mercy with us, which thou hast made to thy Church in
Christ Jesus.
Those pioneers that had come out of the Reformation in Europe had received by revelation the importance of Jew and Gentile Grafted In together in the same Olive Tree. That prayer I believe was heard by the Father in Heaven who directed many of His Jewish People to the USA to find shelter and a new life. It also laid down a foundation for the End Time Revival which is all about the Restoration of the Church back to its Jewish Roots which in turn will result in the Salvation of Israel, as Replacement Theology and the Council of Nicea are RENOUNCED and REVOKED!
Virginia is the ROOTS of what the USA is today
THE TIME: SHOA (Holocaust) MEMORIAL DAY the 16th of April 2007 About the timing of this event please see the remarks of a dear American sister Prophetess Markita Smith:
“On Yom HaShoah, 32 students and faculty members were shot down and dozens of others were seriously wounded by a student gunman at VA Tech, who later turned the gun on himself. The hero of the day was a child of Israel and Holocaust survivor, Professor Liviu Librescu, who sacrificed himself to save ALL of his students. As this nation vacillates back in forth between supporting Israel and making "peace" with her enemies, we are reminded in this incident that Israel's fate will be the fate of the United States. Both nations were established by and flourish under the same God, and we have the same enemy. Though God is not responsible for the tragedy at VA Tech, He allowed the shooting to occur on Yom HaShoah so that we would never forget the atrocities we allowed to happen to His people Israel during World War II and that we would work toward insuring that they never happen again, as threatened by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and others. The United States must take threats to Israel seriously and stand with her when no one else will; God will tolerate nothing less.”
THE HERO- An Israeli, a Jewish Holocaust Survivor Professor Librescu is an example for all to follow, a man that could have cared about his life more because he fought so hard during the Nazi regime to preserve it but instead was willing to lose it so that the USA Young Generation can LIVE. The policies of the USA concerning Israel have been affecting the LEGACY that is being left to the young American generation. This Hebrew Professor cared about “his children” more than for his own life and “his children” were Americans and for the most part these students were not Jewish! It reminds me that when the Twin Towers fell on 9/11 we in Israel were in terrible mourning, we felt it happened to us as we consider the USA our own family At the same time that all Israelis were mourning for the catastrophe that had befell New York, the Palestinians were celebrating and rejoicing over the success of this demonic mission and they were burning the USA flag.
ISRAEL LOVES AMERICA but DOES AMERICA LOVE ISRAEL???
I pray that the moving sacrifice of this one Shoa Survivor will wake America up to STOP sacrificing Israel for the sake of OIL, MONEY and WORLD OPPINION. That the American Church and the American People will live up to the expectations of their Pioneering Fathers that established America and knew the importance of UNITY with the Jewish People. They knew this prophetically over 300 years before the reestablishing of the Miraculous State of Israel.
Finally I pray for a Move of Repentance across the USA and that this Wake Up Call is heeded this time. That business will not continue as usual. Of course it all starts with someone that is willing to lay down their lives so that Israel, the USA and the Nations can LIVE!
For the sake of the Glory of YAH in the coming generation,
“If My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
In Y’shua’s Love and Prayer Bishop Dominiquae and Rabbi Baruch Bierman
Heroically, it has been reported that Prof. Librescu died while barricading the door of his classroom while his students hid and escaped out of the windows. In a sad twist of ironic fate, Prof Librescu, a Holocaust survivor, was murdered on Holocaust Remembrance Day, a day when we remember what happened to beautiful people like Liviu. In an age where we exalt sports figures, rock stars and actors, Professor Librescu stands out as the true hero.
